David Hamilton
Director
David is a Director of Projecting Limited. He has 18 years’ experience in financial services project management and, prior to founding Projecting, held Head of Projects, Head of Change, and Programme Manager roles. The bulk of his experience is in the private banking, investment management and fund management arena. David is a former committee member of the industry body, the Association for Project Management, and currently trains and mentors on project management.
David Ferrin
Director
David is a Director of Projecting Limited, where he heads the Investment Banking and Fintech practices. He has 17 years’ experience in Consulting and Banking in the UK and Spain and an MBA from INSEAD. Prior to joining Projecting, David held Strategy and line roles at Santander’s Investment Banking and Markets division and was a strategy consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, working on projects across Europe. He is a mentor and advisor to startups in London and Madrid, and has collaborated with startupbootcamp’s Fintech and Insurtech programmes.
Monica Johnston
Senior Manager
Monica is a Senior Manager with Projecting and has 17 years’ experience in project management, change management and risk roles, mainly in financial services. Monica joined Projecting as an Associate in 2014 and moved into a permanent role with Projecting in 2017. During her career, Monica has managed business, regulatory, IT and risk projects for private banks, investment managers, and a big 4 consultancy.
